Meet Lucie Prazska:
Forest & Waves Yoga Teacher, Vancouver & abroad yoga teacher and retreat leader 500hrs RYT. 
Lucie Prazska is the heart behind Sun Bliss Yoga, based in the serene landscapes of Vancouver, Canada. She specializes in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin yoga—guiding individuals on transformative journeys that go beyond the physical practice to cultivate inner peace, strength, and clarity of mind.
After completing her 200-hour Vinyasa & Hatha teacher training in Colombia in 2021, Lucie deepened her studies in India through a 300-hour Bhakti Vinyasa & Yin yoga training with teachers Raghunath Cappo and Cindy Lunsford. She has also studied with Kino MacGregor, whose teachings continue to inspire her personal practice. 

Lucie is a certified Reiki practitioner, weaving healing energy into her private classes and retreats. She believes that the combination of yoga and Reiki nurtures both body and spirit—bringing balance, awareness, and vitality to each student’s journey.

Deeply inspired by Bhakti yoga, Lucie loves attending kirtans and has found great joy and connection in the practice of chanting. When she’s not on the mat, she enjoys exploring nature—walking along the beach, hiking mountain trails, or enjoying quiet moments by the water.
