COME ALIVE IN 2025
At Forest and Waves we encourage you to commit to your yoga practice to stay inspired, energized and motivated to kick off your 2025. Brand new to yoga? We’d recommend you start with 1-2 classes a week. For those that like to practice 3-4 times per week try out our 8 or 12 class subscriptions. If you prefer a more frequent practice and more flexibility? We'd recommend our 1 Month Unlimited, or our Year of the Yogi pass (unlimited yoga for 365 days).
