Jenny Kerr, a kids yoga enthusiast, 500hr RYT, Orton-Gillingham Tutor, Behavioural Interventionist, Behavioural Counsellor is heading up our Kids Yoga Registered programs. Jenny has designed each class with the fundamentals of Social Emotional Learning and involves theming, fun and games, crafts and art pieces, stories, and more. When kids regularly practice yoga, they experience benefits ranging from stress reduction to heightened self-esteem and can improve physical, mental, and emotional health in children.
